furnished flat needed approx. 15 4 - 15 12 2014 near Schwabing

I am a 60-year-old female professor of environmental studies. I will be a visiting scholar at the Rachel Carson Center from about mid-July through Mid-December 2015.

I need a furnished apartment with at least one large room + bathroom. I prefer several rooms with a good kitchen, a good mattress, laundry facilities, and an internet connection. A TV would be nice and a terrace or garden would be ideal but are not essential.

I will not have a car so I will need to be within walking distance of my office at Leopoldstr. 11a or close to convenient public transportation. Proximity to restaurants, shops would also be helpful.

I expect to arrive in München in mid-july and stay until mid-December. These dates may be negotiable by a week or two. I will be alone and have no pets. I will take excellent care of your property.

I do not speak German (yet) but will learn basic phrases before I arrive.

I can pay as much at Euro 1000/month but of course I would like to pay less.
