Hallo! :)

Mein Name ist Tim und ich suche nach einer 2-3 Zimmer Wohnung.

Ich bin 35 Jahre alt und promovierter Biophysiker/Biochemiker, der seit einigen Jahren als Programmierer und Data Scientist arbeitet. Ich bin in Berlin groß geworden, war aber viele Jahre im Ausland (unter anderem für meine Promotion) und 2020 nach Berlin zurückgekehrt. Ich habe seit dem 1.9.2021 eine Stelle in München als Head of Lab Operations and Data Science bei einem Biotechnologie Startup.

Ich rauche nicht, habe keine Haustiere (bin Allergiker, muesste also auch ein Tierfreier Haushalt sein) und spiele keine Instrumente ausser ab und zu als Hobby die akustische Gitarre. Zudem habe ich eine aktive Haftpflichtversicherung.

Die Wohnung wäre zunächst nur für mich, allerdings kann es sein, dass meine Freundin langfristig zu mir zieht.

My name is Tim and I am looking for a 2-3 room apartment.

I am 35 years old and a PhD Biophysicist/Biochemist who has been working as a programmer and Data Scientist for several years. I grew up in Berlin, but spent many years abroad (including for my PhD) and returned to Berlin in 2020. I have a job in Munich since 9/1/2021 as Head of Lab Operations and Data Science at a biotech startup.

I don't smoke, don't have any pets and don't play any instruments except the acoustic guitar from time to time as a hobby. I also have an active liability insurance.

The apartment would initially be just for me, however my girlfriend may move in with me long term.
