My name is Borna, I am 24 years old and am currently studying in my last year at TU Munich. I am looking for long-term accommodation for myself and my boyfriend Josip (22), who is starting the first year of his master's studies at LMU Munich. We both come from Croatia, I have been living in Munich for a year now, and Josip has just moved here for his studies. We are neat and quiet and focused on our studies and work.
Regarding our financial situation, we are both recipients of the DAAD (German Student Exchange Service) scholarship. I am starting a Master's thesis paid internship and Josip's primary funding is his DAAD scholarship. Our nett income is ~2500€. I have my SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) available and since Josip has just moved to Germany it does not really make sense to request it for him.
We would prefer a place that has a balcony and is near public transport, but we are not very picky.
Looking forward to hearing from prospective landlords :).
