Lehrerin sucht Wohnung im Zentrum Münchens

Hallo an alle! Ich bin Alissa und 30 Jahre alt. Ich ziehe von Nürnberg nach München, weil ich eine Stelle als Lehrerin in Giesing gefunden habe. Ich fange im Januar an.
Ich würde mich als ruhige, soziale Person bezeichnen - ich gehe gerne Tanzen, vor allem Afro-Latin Tänze gefallen mir sehr. Ich mache gerne Sport jeglicher Art, vor allem Ballsportarten - und im Wasser fühle ich mich einfach wohl (Meer, Freibad, Pool... egal). Ich würde mich als Kunst/Kultur/Politik Schmarotzerin bezeichnen, meine Schüler/innen, Freund/innen und Familie bringen mich immer auf den neusten Stand - so muss ich nicht selber suchen :D
Ansonsten verbringe ich gerne Zeit mit geliebten Menschen und bin überall und zu jedem Wetter mit dem Rad unterwegs.
Ich freue mich sehr, jetzt nach München zu ziehen und den Bergen näher zu sein und ein neues Leben in München aufzubauen.
Die letzten Jahre habe ich immer in WGs gelebt und würde auch gerne wieder in einer offenen, rücksichtsvollen WG leben. Ansonsten hätte ich aber auch nichts dagegen, in meine eigenen vier Wände zu ziehen und das auszuprobieren.
Mir ist wichtig, dass mein Zimmer/meine Wohnung genug Platz hat, um eine Yogamatte auszubreiten. Möblierte Zimmer/Wohnungen nehme ich gerne an, da ich nur einen Koffer-Umzug machen will.
Ob WG Zimmer oder Wohnung, ihr werdet eine zuverlässige und rücksichtsvolle Person gewinnen, die auch für kleine Späßle zu haben ist :)

Hello everyone! I'm Alissa and I'm 30 years old. I'm moving from Nuremberg to Munich because I've found a job as a teacher in Giesing. I start in January.
I would describe myself as a quiet, social person - I like to go dancing, especially Afro-Latin dances. I like to do all kinds of sports, especially ball sports - and I just feel good in the water (sea, outdoor pool, pool... it doesn't matter). I would describe myself as an art/culture/politics "Schmarotzerin" (- sorry its a very German word,) my students, friends and family always bring me up to date - so I don't have to research for it myself :D
Otherwise, I like to spend time with loved ones and ride my bike everywhere and in all weathers.
I am very happy to move to Munich now and be closer to the mountains and build a new life in Munich.
I have always lived in shared flats in recent years and would also like to live in an open, considerate shared flat again. Otherwise, I wouldn't mind moving into my own four walls and trying it out.
It is important to me that my room/apartment has enough space to spread out a yoga mat. I am happy to accept furnished rooms/apartments because I would like to just move with one suitcase.
Whether it's a room in a shared apartment or an apartment, you'll find a reliable and considerate person who's also available for little jokes :)

¡Hola a todos! Soy Alissa y tengo 30 años. Me mudo de Nuremberg a Munich porque encontré un trabajo como profesora en Giesing. Empiezo en enero.
Me describiría como una persona tranquila y social. Me gusta ir a bailar, especialmente los bailes afrolatinos. Me gusta hacer todo tipo de deportes, especialmente los de pelota, y me siento bien en el agua (mar, piscina... da igual). Yo aprendo much del arte/cultura/política, de mis estudiantes, amigos y familia siempre me ponen al día, así que no tengo que buscarlo yo mismo :D
A mi me gusta pasar tiempo con mis seres queridos e ir en bicicleta en todas partes y en todos los tiempos.
Estoy muy feliz de mudarme a Munich ahora y estar más cerca de las montañas y construir una nueva vida en Munich.
Siempre he vivido en pisos compartidos en los últimos años y también me gustaría volver a vivir en un piso compartido abierto y considerado. Por el otro lado no me importaría mudarme a mi propio piso y probarlo.
Para mí es importante que mi habitación/apartamento tenga suficiente espacio para colocar una esterilla de yoga. Estoy feliz de aceptar habitaciones/apartamentos amueblados porque me quiero mudar solamente con mi maleta.
Ya sea una habitación en un apartamento compartido o en un apartamento, encontrarás una persona confiable y considerada que también está disponible para bromear :)
