Searching for a flat for two studnets

Dear Madam/Sir
I would like to introduce me and my friend as applicants for your flat.
My name is Hamid Gohari. I am 29 years old and I am doing my master in landscape architecture at HSWT in Freising. My friend is Keyhan Golyari, 31 years old. He is working as a Ph.D. student in Max Planck Institute of Quantum Optics in Garching. We are both from Iran.
We are looking to rent a furnished flat with at least two rooms with kitchen and bathroom and also washing machine, from 1st of May 2018 for at least 3 years (but we don’t mind if the contract would be shorter also). We can afford to pay monthly warm rent up to 700 Euros. We don’t mind if the apartment is shared with other people. We have bicycles so we prefer if the flat has a parking place.
We are warm and friendly. We don’t smoke, have no pet. We like to cook for our dinner, and we are nit and tidy. We also don’t hold any party in the apartment. We speak English fluently and a bit German, But we are attending German courses also.
