Seeking 2-Person Shared Apartment for Me and My Partner

My partner and I are starting our master's studies at Hochshule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg in September and are looking for accommodation ideally for two years until the end of our program, with ANMELDUNG included. However, we would also consider a six-month or one year tenancy. We prefer a furnished two-bedroom apartment with a balcony, but a bright apartment with sufficient natural light and ventilation through windows would also suffice even if it doesn't have an extra bedroom or balcony. If the apartment is unfurnished, we would need at least a kitchenette and a private toilet.
