I am a 23-year-old Italian student from Milan who will be coming to Tübingen in mid-January to write a Master's thesis at the Max Planck Institute of Biology until November 2024. I am currently attending the second year of a Master's programme in Medical Biotechnology at the University of Milano-Bicocca.
I am looking for a quiet, furnished 1 or 2-room flat with kitchen within reasonable distance to the institute or public transport. A central location is not a must, as long as the flat is well connected by public transport. Nearby towns are also very welcome.
I am a non-smoker and guarantee to take good care of the furniture and the flat itself, which I will make a non-negotiable part of any agreement with the landlord.

In my spare time I enjoy playing football, hiking and generally being outdoors, but it would be just as important for me to have a cosy place to relax after a long day at work.

Ich bin ein 23-jähriger italienischer Student aus Mailand, der Mitte Januar nach Tübingen kommen wird, um bis November 2024 am Max-Planck-Institut für Biologie eine Masterarbeit anzufertigen. Zurzeit besuche ich das zweite Jahr eines Masterstudiums in Medizinischer Biotechnologie an der Universität Mailand-Bicocca.
Ich suche eine ruhige, möblierte Wohnung mit Küche in angemessener Entfernung zum Institut und zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Zentrale Lage ist kein Muss, solange die Wohnung gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angebunden ist. Auch nahegelegene Städte, wie Rottenburg, sind sehr willkommen.
Ich bin Nichtraucher und garantiere einen sorgsamen Umgang mit den Möbeln und der Wohnung selbst, was ich als nicht verhandelbaren Teil meiner eventuellen Vereinbarung mit dem Vermieter festlege.

In meiner Freizeit spiele ich gerne Fußball, gehe wandern und halte mich generell gerne in der Natur auf, aber es wäre für mich genauso wichtig, einen gemütlichen Ort zu haben, an dem ich mich nach einem langen Arbeitstag entspannen kann.
