Researcher at the Max-Planck-Institute für Entwicklungsbiologie

Sehr Geehrter Herr/Frau,

Entschuldigung, ich werde auf Englisch schreiben. Ich lerne Deutsch, bin aber nicht zuversichtlich!

My mame is Michael Bell, and I am originally from Australia. I recently started working at the Max-Planck-institut für Entwicklungsbiologie. I arrived in Tübingen last September, and am planning to stay for at least 4 years. Unfortunately my Deutsch is not very good yet, but i hope to learn quickly!

I am looking for a lovely 1.5+ room apartment to live in for at least the next 3-4 years. I have a budget of maximum 800 euro NK. I am looking for an apartment with a fitted kitchen, and an happy to take over furniture if that is requited. Ideally the property would be near the innenstadt, or near the Max Planck Ring. I hope to move during August!

I am a quiet tenant, and am generally very clean with my living areas. My hobbies are sports such as volleyball (i play with TSG Tübingen), football, and hiking in in the Schonbuch! I also enjoy board games and movies. I have never had a problem with previous landlords or neighbours, so I think i would be a good Tenant for you!
