Alcoholic french no-so-nice shrimp fetishist looking for an ok place

Dear landlord,

I am Lucile, 26 years old, a fairly ok and funny person, who have grown with dry french humor.

I am looking for a flat in Tübingen to spend the rest of my PhD in a comfortable 1 or 2 rooms apartment. I am indeed french, but not alcoholic, I don't smoke, I can garden, I do have shrimps but it's not an obsession (easier to take care than fish). I am social but I don't like to have people in my place, they dirty my things and don't pay for toilet paper and electricity. Hence I dont have many friends, so no worries about party or noise from me. In the worst case it's me crying over my lousy life or grieving over the death of my professional perspectives and hopes.
