2-Zimmer-Wohnung für langfristige Miete

Greetings, I´m a 25 year old male looking for a three year contract for an apartment. My preference is to live without roomies and have two rooms (plus bath and kitchen), but offers are welcome. Preferably I´d like to have a total floorspace of 50+ square meters. Preferably I´d like to have a gas stove and oven to properly cook.

This is my third time in Germany. I´d start paying rent since the first of December but will be arriving in Germany on the 10th, possibly even 10 days later due to covid restrictions. I already have a work contract and I can provide a German contact person if necessary. Again, if necessary, the first deposit can be made by an acquaintance of mine before I arrive to the country.

I need to live as close to Südstadt/Derendingen/Gartenstrasse as possible due to me working in the nearby TTR and future studies in the KEUT, offers are welcome.
