Hallo, wir sind Benita und Toni, und machen über den Sommer beide Praktika und sind leider daher nicht in Wien. Unsere super schöne Wohnung soll aber nicht den ganzen Sommer alleine sein. Deswegen suchen wir nach tollen Untermietern, die sich gut um unsere Wohnung kümmern. Unsere Wohnung ist 82qm2 groß und besteht aus zwei Zimmern mit je 25 qm2 (Zimmer 1: Bilder 6-11; Zimmer 2: 12-17) . Es gibt ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, eine seperate Toilette und eine geräumige Küche mit Spülmaschine. Durch die hohen Decken ist es sehr hell und lichtdurchflutet. Unsere Nachbarn sind alle super lieb und falls mal die Zähne schmerzen, ist direkt ein Zahnarzt nebenan. Die Zimmer sind möbliert und können entweder einzelnd gemietet werden für je 780€ im Monat oder die komplette Wohnung für 1.560€ (inklusive Nebenkosten)
Da wir einen Keller haben, räumen wir unsere Sachen raus und ihr könnt euch wie zuhause fühlen :)
Hello, we are Benita and Toni and we are both doing internships over the summer and are unfortunately not in Vienna. But our super nice apartment shouldn't be alone all summer long. That's why we're looking for great subtenants who will take good care of our apartment. Our apartment is 82 sqm and consists of two rooms, each 25 sqm (Room 1: Pictures 6-11; Room 2: Pictures 12-17) There is a large bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, a separate toilet and a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher. The high ceilings make it very bright and flooded with light. Our neighbors are all super nice and if your teeth hurt, there is a dentist right next door. The rooms are furnished and can either be rented individually for €780 per month or the entire apartment for €1,560 (including additional costs)
Since we have a basement, we will put our stuff away so it feels just like home :)

Unsere Wohnung liegt im schönen 2. Bezirk Leopoldstadt und befindet sich direkt bei der U2 Station Taborstraße. Vor der Haustür fährt auch die Straßenbahn 2 und der Bus 5b und man braucht nur 10 Gehminuten zur U1 Station Nestroyplatz oder zur U4 Station Schwedenplatz. Der Augarten ist
nur 5 Minuten entfernt und die Donau und der Donaukanal sind auch sehr schnell erreichbar. Ins Stadtzentrum braucht man so ca. 15Minuten zu Fuß.
Direkt bei uns gibt es ein SparGourmet, einen Hofer, Billa, Penny, LIDL und einen BIPA und dm, also alles was das Herz begehrt.
Der Karmeliterplatz ist direkt um die Ecke und dort gibt es jeden Freitag einen supersüßen Wochenmarkt. Den Prater erreicht man entweder mit der U2 oder in 15 Minuten Gehweg.
Our apartment is located in the beautiful 2nd district Leopoldstadt and is right next to the U2 station Taborstrasse. Tram 2 and bus 5b also run in front of the front door and it's only a 10-minute walk to the U1 station Nestroyplatz or the U4 station Schwedenplatz. The Augarten is
only 5 minutes away and the Danube and the Danube Canal can also be reached very quickly. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city center.
Right here we have a SparGourmet, a Hofer, Billa, Penny, LIDL and a BIPA and dm, so everything your heart desires.
Karmeliterplatz is right around the corner and there is a super cute weekly market there every Friday. The Prater can be reached either with the U2 or in 15 minutes on foot.
