Dear Owners,
We are a couple of junior researchers from Madagascar. We currently live in a lovely but small apartment in Vienna. We like singing and playing instruments but we are very mindful of our neighbors. We do not have any pet, but we own a few plants. We also like cooking and inviting friends for a meal.
We are looking for an apartment with one bedroom that is separate from the living room. We prefer it unfurnished or partly furnished. We do not have restrictions on the location but would prefer a place with a good connection to Karlsplatz. Our budget for the rent including operating costs is up to 800 euros per month.
We will stay in this beautiful city of Vienna for at least one more year and we are almost certain that it will be longer.
