wir suchen einen Nachmieter zum 01. bzw. 15. Dezember 2011.
Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Zimmer, Küche, Bad, Abstellkammer und ein eigenes (trockenes) Kellerabteil. Die EBK mit Spülmaschine aber ohne Kühlschrank bleibt in der Wohnung(Küche ohne Abstand). Der Stilaltbau ist im Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer mit Parkett ausgestattet und hat teilweise Stuckelemente. Die Wohnung hat einen repräsentativen frz. Balkon zum KFR. Der zweite Balkon ist von der Küche aus erreichbar, dieser liegt zum Innenhof. Auch das Schlafzimmer liegt zum Innenhof.
Die Heizkosten sind nicht in den NK enthalten. (Wir zahlen zur Zeit ca. 100 € an die ESWE).
Im Eingangsbereich wurde vor fünf Monaten fachmännisch neuer Laminat verlegt (vorher Teppich). Hierfür müsste ein kleiner Abstand gezahlt werden.
