Fully Furnished, Permanent contract (All information is in the description)

Hi guys (please read my description before contact),
I’m moving out and looking for someone who can take over my contract (from December or January), and by all of my furnitures
Here are the details:
- A studio flat 35m2
- Separate balcony and separate kitchen
- Warm 507€ (additionally, you have to pay for your internet, electricity and water)
- The earliest move in date: 16.12.2021
- When I moved in, the flat is completely empty with no kitchen, no furniture. Now it’s fully furnished. I want to sell all furnitures for the next renter. All of the furniture is quite new (less than 2 years used). The cost is 3,000€ including: a build-in kitchen, washing machine, table, chair, double bed, sofa, printer, bookshelf, TV, shoes closet, bathroom closet, clothes closet, printers, etc.
- You will sign the permanent contract with Deutsche Wohnen, and they will provide information for Anmeldung
- I will give DW a list of new renters and they will decide who takes over my contract. There are about 3 forms that you need to fill_in (no schufa (jetzt beantragen) certificate needed)
- The only view time: 13:00 - 17:00 Sunday 5/12/21
