This is a popular and lively location, with many cafes, restaurants and shops and the nightlife and markets of Boxhagener Platz. In addition at the end of the block you have the Spree and RAW gelände. Transport options are excellent with tram S-bahn, U-Bahn at Warschauer Strasse. The street itself is quiet, cobblestoned, and the apartment faces the interior so does not have any noise from the street.
You will take over all the bills for gas, electric and internet and you only pay for what you use. The contract is yours so you can change it, end it, decrease the payments etc..
