I'm moving out of my flat and I would like to transfer the house to someone.
My idea is to propose you in the resignation as a Nachmietern and I guess that the property management will accept it as the house was recently renovated. BUT unfortunately it's not guaranteed.
The condition from my side is to sell some of the furniture that I don't intend to take with me, especially the Hochbett (custom made for the house and very cute) and Kitchen furniture, for around 400€ negotiable.
The rent is 510€ + you can count on another 100€ with bills.
