I am leaving my lovely apartment in Neukölln cause I will be leaving Germany for good. 😞

ABOUT THE ROOM:
My room (the one in the pictures) is 25sqm, with large windows, gets a ton of natural light. ☀️ 🌅
It is already fully furnished with:
Single bed, closet, desk, two desk chairs, bedside table.
Priority will be given to people who are willing to buy some of my furniture (carpets, laundry rack, kitchen table, microwave, etc…)
I am leaving Berlin on May 8, so you can move in on May 8, with possibility for a lease transfer starting May 1 or June 1.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
The room is in a 2 person appartment, has a large kitchen area and a very large bathroom and shower area.
You will also have access to a storage unit in the basement.
On the first floor with elevator 🛗 accessible for disabled people ♿️.
It is pretty safe as it is a student-only housing complex. So all your neighbours will be Berlin students 👩‍🎓

ABOUT THE HOUSE MATES:
In the other room, lives my housemate Konrad, 20 yo. He is a super chill and calm guy, Biotech student at TU. Doesn’t mind hanging out and having people over.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
The landlord requires the following documents:
-Proof of matriculation in a Berlin Institution
-Proof of identity and visa if needed
-Proof of financial capability (bank account statement or equivalent)
