LOOKING FOR A 1 ROOM FLAT FOR ONE PERSON ☺️

Hi my name is Zoey Albertsson and I’m 21 years old from Stockholm Sweden. I’ve lived in Berlin for 3 years now with my sister I Kreuzberg. I’m a newly graduated music stundet i I currently work as a mini jobber at Filippa K in Mitte but I’m also in the position of hopefully getting a full time job in another store in Mitte.

I’ve lived with my sister for three years but I really would want to find my own flat. I believe that keeping a clean and zen space is the key to happy living so that’s very important to me. I have no pets and I’m a non smoker. I do occasionally like to have small dinner parties with my friends but I’m not a big “throwing party’s” person and I like to keep my space to me. My lease is up in end June and I’m looking for a long term flat! Im Open to start with 6 months and the renew contract deleting on how everything works! I’d like a open communication between me and the landlord to prevent any misunderstandings! If you have any questions about me or so I would love to answer those. I also have documents that I could send over if that would be needed!
