Hallo,
My name is Jay and I am a 26 year old full-time software engineer (not startup) looking for a long-term rental. My only considerations are that I can have my small (7-8kg) dog, and that it has a kitchen. My dog is a shiba inu and is very well trained. He is quiet and clean, and I have never had issues with him in previous apartments.
I am staying in Berlin long-term (years) and am ok with a longer term-lease. I can provide references from my work/coworkers, and from my last residence if needed. I do not smoke.
I enjoy photography, computers, and exploring, and am eager to settle in Berlin and continue my career. I can move in immediately.
