Looking for a place :)

Hello! We are a couple M28 and F27, that just arrived to Berlin. We are renting short term, but the contract finished the 28th october (the date of moving is a little flexible), and we would like to stay in Berlin between 6 months and a year and need a more stable place. We travel a lot and want to stay in Berlin working and learning German for 1 year if possible. We speak English, French and Spanish, and hopefully Deutsch in a few weeks/months. We don't smoke, and we don't really party. We want a place to live and were we can study our German, and go to work. We don't know very much Berlin yet, but we are looking for something not very far from the center maybe. We are not looking for something big, or fancy.
We are very relaxed people, and we both work here in Berlin.
