Clean and quiet italian guy looking for a 1 room flat

Hi,

I'm Andrea, a 26 year old italian guy who is coming next week to Berlin. I'm looking for a flat at least until the end of December and at most until the end of february. I'm going to study in the goethe institut in Neue Schönhauser Str. 20,so closer is the flat to it, better it would be for me.

I have traveled a lot in the last years, and I lived in Cambridge (uk) for 5 months last year and Adelaide (australia) until last february. I never had any problem with my ex flatmates, and we still keep in contact after years :)

I have just finished my master degree in Administration, Corporate Finance and Control at Bocconi University in Milan. I have worked for Deloitte (audit) in Milan, for South Australian Government in Adelaide (development department) and now I'm working in the tourist field. My company will pay me my studies in Berlin in order to learn German and so I'm looking for an accomodation. :)

I love socializing and meeting people, but I'm do not like too much caos.
I am looking for something clean and quiet.
I play a lot of sports, mainly tennis (at a agonistic level) and football (in a local team), but I love cycling as well as running or anyway playing sports..

If the flat is still available, I would be very interested in coming and seeing it.
