searching a flat. dates around 12.9-26.9 (or part of it) max 500€ = month

hello, my name is itay. first ill tell what im looking for and then about me:
im looking for a flat on around the main places (maximum 30 min away from warschauer strasse) that is furnished, have a kitchen i can cook for myself, has some working space (a desk, chair) cause i work from home. has internet.
willing to pay up to 500 euros a month if i think its worth it.

about me:
i was here in berlin a month ago and loved it so decided to come back for the summer and if i like it more this time - who knows if ill stay for good.
what i do is to help people create breakthroughs in their lifes and i have a business where i help people specifically to better their health situation. im working from my apartment at the moment.

im very organized, responsible, clean and likes to have fun and joke around along with studying and get better in all aspect of life.
