Hello there! :-) I'm a working professional, looking for a 1 room flat (long-term rent). I'm staying in Berlin but just looking for a new place.

I'm a non smoker. PEACE Lover. I love travelling, exercising, eating healthy food, and painting. I'm easy-going, optimistic, peaceful, and non-judgmental. I don't do party (too old for that!). I'm very respectful towards others and respect the rules.

I'm a world citizen:) Originally I'm from Thailand but I've lived and worked in the US, UK, Poland and now I'm here! :) Languages: I'm fluent in English, Thai. Polish - intermediate, and German - just started so I'm still a very beginner.

Now - let's get to the point, yes I'm nice, but I don't f*ck around. If we like each other, and you agree that I could take the flat, I will take the flat! The next thing we'll do is the deal - I'll give you deposit/payment and you (or landlord) would be able to provide me agreement/sublet contract (I have all documents/ template if you need). Fair play - This way you can be sure that I take it, and I can be sure that I'll have the place. I just want to do it right. I'd register myself (Anmeldung) to the place. So please do understand here.
