Looking for an accommodation! Ready to move in!

Hello hello!
How are you doing?

I am Rishabh from Delhi. I work as a Business Developer for United nations (UN) ground action projects and it's accredited NGOs. So currently, I am working with a Film production company (Mafilms production) at strausberger platz on various projects.
I have been working and living in Berlin for over 7 months now. So far I was living in a studio apartment in P-berg and it was a pretty cool cozy flat. But unfortunately, the owner of the studio where I am currently living wants to move back which leaves me no other option but to find new accommodation.

I am a very open-minded, fairly traveled and respectful individual. Throughout my time in UN and as a traveler, I have learnt to be respectful of every culture and be open to new life experiences, people from different places, their life, cultures, their thoughts on various issues and of course making a new friend.

I like to keep my place very clean and tidy and would expect my flatmate to support me in that. I have a 9-5 job and I mostly travel on weekends and sometimes even on weekdays for work within and outside Germany. I am not a smoker and do not play loud music since I like to be respectful of my surroundings. I like to party and socialise just like every other young individual. I love pets, especially dogs (I don't own any).
My hobbies include swimming, outdoor activities, traveling, cooking and drinking with friends. I have a bicycle here in Berlin which i use as my mode of transport.

I am also there on couchsurfing and have both hosted and been a guest. You would get a good idea about the kind of person I am from reading my profile and references from my guests.

I am looking for an accommodation for at least an year starting this July. But we can also do it as per your convenience and talk about it.
