Long-term 1-room flat wanted in Berlin from NOV 2017

I arrived in Berlin in August 2017 from San Francisco (having holidays as a transition :P). And looking for an apartment on my own. Also a WG or one-bedroom apt. is possible. No sublet.
I would like to move in asap, ideally Oct 27th up to Nov 1st 2017, for a long-term period.

I'm looking for a place that has this mandatory features:
- corresponding to the dates I'm looking for
- rent does not exceed 750€ for a 2 bedroom apt.
- sunny/ south orientation ?
- typical Berlin apt style: with high ceiling, wood floor, big windows... I will decline offers from fancy new condos

Bonus:
- located in: Kreuzberg or Neukölln
- equipped kitchen
- with a balcony, garden, terrace ???
- open to flatsharing/WG*

About me:
I work as a web designer, practice lindy hop, music, cooking (vegan mainly ? ? ? ?), running, ice cream making... and enjoy hanging out with cool people as well as geeking out on my own. I'm a French native and I've been living in the foggy San Francisco for the last 2 years, looking forward to sharing stories!

I don't: smoke, party at home, watch TV, make noise, leave dirty dishes in the sink...✌
