Urgent *** room / appartement / wonung / gesucht

My name is Eelco I am a responsible, 27 year old guy from Holland.
I recently got a new job and am therefore moving to Berlin.

I have few small request for the place where I will be living. It needs to be clean, preferably with furniture, preferably not to far out of Berlin's centre.

Very important: I need to be able to do anmeldung or registration on the address.

As I need to start as soon as possible I need to find a place asap. Preferably I could stay at least one month but hopefully longer.
