I am looking for a simple furnished flat from 01.01.18 for at least 6 months. I am 62, mature and responsible. I do not smoke and I an very quiet. I own my own house back in England so I know how to look after property.
I am a teacher and my main subjets are English and Sport. My German is at B2 Level and is getting better.
I am at the moment in a friends flat but he is coming back soon. I will consider any area of Berlin, but my preferred district is Friedrichshain as this is where I am living at the moment.
