Marketing Manager (25) Seeking 1-Zimmer Wohnung (Long Term)

Hallo,

This is Kirk from Shanghai, I am living and working in Berlin as a marketing manager since this March, for an online shopping platform facing China market. Also I am freelance fashion columnist, writing for Harper's Bazaar China every month, therefore I have fixed salary and stable freelance income.

Currently I am looking for a long term one room flat or a two rooms flat, within 700 euros including everything, prefer with a balcony but that's not a must, with or without furnitures are both fine. Basically I won't be spending the daytime during the week because of my work, my office is near Ostkreuz, so any flats in Friedrichshain, Mitte, Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Tempelhof, Prenzlauer Berg are welcome. I am very tidy, cleaning my room every week, and I cook often, so a fully equipped would be perfect.
