Dear Mrs/Sir

My name is Soom and I am looking for a 1 room flat in Berlin.
I will be moving to Berlin for a permanent job as a Senior Graphic designer at a studio in Prenzlauer Berg.
I plan to live by alone without pets and I do not smoke.
(I'm more of a quiet person who likes to relax after work and in the weekends)

I plan to move in earliest August 19 - September 1 if possible.
If this is not the case, I could find a temporary housing till the available date if I really like the flat.
The terms of the contract are negotiable depending on the condition of the flat :)
