Looking for a single room apartment. I am a Product Manager at an IT firm in Berlin with an unlimited job contract. I don't want something small. I prefer atleast 25-30sqm of area. Furnished/Unfurnished isn't a problem but the max cold rent I can pay is 600 Euros. I am Indian (I hope that isn't a problem for the landlord) but lived my past 20 years in Dubai. The apartment is for myself and for my wife when she visits.
