I am returning to Berlin soon and I need a simple flat from 01.10.18. For at least 6 months and maybe more. It can be furnished or unfurnished. My preferred area would be Friedrichshain, but I will consider other areas.
I am 63, mature and responsible. I do not smoke and do not take drugs . I teach English.
I am also a singer/songwriter.
My German is at B2 Level and getting better. I have lived in Berlin for the last 10 years and I am looking forward to returning.
