I am looking for a basic flat from the beginning of October. For at least 1 month and maybe more. I am flexible with the dates. I am English, but I speak decent German. I am 63, mature and responsible. I do not smoke or take drugs and I now how to look after property. I am very quiet
I own a house in England which I rent so I know all about being a landlord.
I teach English and in my spare time I am a singer/songwriter. I play in small , cosy bars and I do not use an amplifier.
I had a nice flat in Friedrichshain but the landlady wanted it back for a relative so I agreed to move out. So now I need another flat. In or around Friedrichshain would be ideal, but I will consider anywhere .
