Furnished one-room apartment wanted!

Hello people! I'm Rita from Hongkong and have recently living in Berlin - still looking for a long term apartment. My budget is 500 warm.

I work in responsible tourism to design trips. The office is located in Kruezburg. I need to travel regularly, therefore it would be nice to have the place between Kreuzburg and TXL, and as I don't drive, it would be ideal to be close to public transport. I have a slight preference for place having elevator/on ground floor. But then I'm very much into old building - I lived in a 600 year old one previous in Austria. I just love such vibe. As I am foreigner, I would need the ameldung. I will finance the rent by my salary of course, I will do a SHUFA if you want that. I'm outgoing, passionate in travel. Neat, not the crazy party type.
