Just moved to Berlin with my wife - looking for a place where Anmeldung is possible. Room or flat / from 2 weeks to 12 months.

Hi!

I would like to rent your flat as I've just arrived to Berlin for work as a International launch manager at e-scooter startup TIER and need a temporary accommodation before we find a long term lease. I came with my wife who is a graphic designer. We are 28 and 25 years old, don't smoke and don't have pets or kids:)

Single question is - can I do Anmeldung at your place for the term of my stay? I need it to get my tax ID, bank account and health insurance. As I learned, if you have a rental contract you can give me the papers necessary for Anmeldung even without getting in touch with the owner of the apartment. Of course I'll do Abmeldung as soon as we move out.

P.S. ich kann auch ziemlich gut Deutsch sprechen, weil ich wohnte 3 Monaten letzten Sommer in Berlin, Köln und Hannover, und machte ein Auslandssemester in Leipzig vor 10 Jahren:)
