I'm searching for a one bedroom apartment or a spacious studio to rent in Berlin.
I'm a 40 years old audio-visual engineer working for an international tech company in central Berlin.
I don't smoke , have no pets and would accommodate the place by myself.
My ideal flat has a balcony, is easily accessible and available for a long term.
