We are Bruna (F/30 - architect) and Pedro (M/29 - Civil Engineer). Pedro is currently in his PhD at TU-Berlin (https://www.oekohydro.tu-berlin.de/menue/ueber_uns/pedro_alencar/)
We are looking for an apartment for long term renting (min. 12 months). The warm rent should not be higher than €750. If it is furnished it would be great, but it's not mandatory. We plan to move in early September, preferably before 09.09.20
We are a calm and easy-going couple. We like to spend time in the parks of Berlin or cooking. We don't smoke and don't have pets (in Berlin).
