Looking for 3-6 month studio / sublets / flatshares

Hello Berliners,

My name is Janos and I am looking for 3-6 month studio or sublets or flatshares in the city until I find my final apartment. I am currently living in London and I am about to move to Berlin; I’ll start working close to Park am Gleisdreieck (as of 1 September, but initially from home). I am flexible with the move in date, it can either be in September or even early October.

My ideal home would be somewhere in: (but not limited to)

• Kreuzberg
• Prenzlauerberg
• Mitte
• Schoeneberg
• Weißensee
• Wedding
• Gesundbrunnen

I am a 34 year old Sales Operations manager in a tech company, and looking for a calm place to call home where I can relax after a long day of work. I do not speak German yet.

I do not smoke, do not have any pets nor do I play any instruments. I am going to take good care of your place and happy to provide the following documents during viewings:

• Previous landlord reference / Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung
• Employer certificate / Arbeitgeberbescheinigung
• Past 3 payslips

I like cooking if I have time and I’m very tidy.

At the moment I only have my UK number listed here, I’ll have a German mobile number from next week (24th August). Also, I’d be available for in person viewing on the week of 24th August up to 28th August as I’ll be in Berlin.
