FU Berlin student in search for a nice 1-room flat/studio in Berlin

I am an international student from Moscow, Russia, coming to Berlin at the beginning of October to start my studies at the Master program "Gender, Intersectionality and Politics" of the Otto-Suhr-Institut für Politikwissenschaften at FU Berlin.

I am a quiet student, always keep my space clean and don't throw wild parties so you can be absolutely sure that the house will stay in perfect condition:) I usually work and/or study a lot, but also like being with friends – yet by all means I don't make a lot of noise and respect my neighbours. I love sports – have been doing kung-fu for several years – and playing guitar. Also like going to pubs and gardens, travelling. I will be more than happy to answer any of your questions and to tell you more about myself on your request!

I am looking for a nice 1-room apartment or a studio for a reasonable price for long term rent. As for the apartment location, I am rather looking for something in the southwest of Berlin, somewhere near FU Berlin. Ideally Zehlendorf, Dahlem, Steglitz and other nearby areas. But I would say that up to 40-50 minutes travelling time to the Otto-Suhr-Institut should be fine.

The possibility of registration (Anmeldung) is also important for me as I need to complete all the necessary administrative procedures upon arrival. Also, since I am still in Russia, the possibility of meeting online and online viewing is important, as well as signing the contract distantly. Thank you for understanding!
