Friendly musician (22 year old male) looking for a spacious and furnished 1-bedroom flat (max €650 warm), open minded about any region in Berlin

I am generally introverted but friendly. I enjoy cooking and listening to music. I am a double bassist so I spend around 3 hours a day practicing. Outside of my practice time, I also enjoy going on walks, meeting close friends and attending concerts. A 1-bedroom flat suits me the most because I love to have my own space most of the time and only occasionally bring friends over. When I do bring friends over, it is never more than 3 people since I don't like my space being too crowded. I take good care of my living space. Cleaning often is a must and never leave washing up in the sink for more than 1 day. I am very responsible and take care of my needs very well. Since I have a good routine, I never stress out about grocery shopping or cleaning. It is essential for me to have this routine so that I can do other things without thinking about little things like cleaning and shopping. With these qualities, I hope you can consider me as a tenant.
