I am a Doctor, a Cypriot (EU Citizen) 26 years old, I currently work as emergency doctor in Cyprus. I am planning to continue my proffesion in Germany. I am working on my German, currently an elementary-intermediate level (B1). I'll be attending a language course at Goethe-Institut berlin from February to May.

I have lived 6 years at my own apartment and have the experience of apartment life. I can sincerely define myself as a tenant who is; harmonic, empathetic, silent, respectful to the rules; who takes care of his home and husewares carefully and who always pays on time or even before. I am willing to pay the rest of the rents of my stay in advance as soon as i settle down and see the place is as agreed upon. Financially as well as me being working until middle of January and saving for Germany, I am also funded by the EU Fund in Cyprus supporting proffesionals to train themselves in another country for self and work experience improvement, so I can assure you we will not have any financial problems or delays.

Generally I like spending time at home Studying, reading, resting and cooking. However for the most part of the day I will be out at the language school or at the clinic for hospitation.

Ich bin ein Arzt, ein Zypriot (EU-Bürger), 26 Jahre alt, ich arbeite derzeit als Notarzt in Zypern. Ich plane, meinen Beruf in Deutschland fortzusetzen. Ich arbeite an meinem Deutsch, derzeit auf Stufe B1. Ich werde von Februar bis Mai einen Sprachkurs am Goethe-Institut Berlin besuchen.

Ich habe 6 Jahre in meiner eigenen Wohnung gelebt und habe die Erfahrung des Wohnungslebens. Ich kann mich aufrichtig als Mieter definieren, der ist; harmonisch, einfühlsam, still, respektvoll gegenüber den Regeln; Wer kümmert sich sorgfältig um sein Haus und seine Haushaltswaren und wer zahlt immer pünktlich oder sogar vorher. Ich bin bereit, den Rest der Mieten meines Aufenthaltes im Voraus zu bezahlen, sobald ich mich niederlasse und sehe, dass der Ort wie vereinbart ist. Finanziell bin ich nicht nur bis Mitte Januar tätig und spare für Deutschland, sondern werde auch vom EU-Fonds in Zypern finanziert, um Fachkräfte dabei zu unterstützen, sich in einem anderen Land für die Verbesserung ihrer Selbst- und Berufserfahrung auszubilden finanzielle Probleme oder Verzögerungen.

Im Allgemeinen verbringe ich gerne Zeit zu Hause. Studieren, Lesen, Ausruhen und Kochen. Den größten Teil des Tages werde ich jedoch in der Sprachschule oder in der Klinik für Hospitation sein.
