Hi,
I am currently looking for a place to stay from 1st February for long term with anmeldung!
I’ve been in Berlin for 3 years and working at restaurant and also doing freelance work.
I’m in my 30’s from Japan, non-smoker, quiet, clean, responsible person and I’m fully vaccinated with booster shot.
I have experiences both living in WG and by myself in Berlin.
In a WG, I prefer to living with people who could keep clean the shared spaces especially kitchen and bathroom. I like to chatting with roommate sometimes but purpose built WG would be also nice.
My budget is max 450€ for WG or max 650€ for one room apartment.
Preferably with affordable deposit…
