Traveling professional looking for a flat in May

I'm Sam, 31 years old, born and raised in Boston but I've been living in California (San Francisco and Lake Tahoe) for the past 8 years. My foundation has an office in Kreuzberg where I'll be working, so a flat or shared room within walking distance would be ideal. I'm a clean, respectful & friendly person. I don't smoke & I don't cook much, so I don't expect to be in the flat very often other than for sleeping :)

I've never used this website before (it was recommended by a coworker who lives in Berlin) so I'd appreciate setting up a time for a video tour of the flat before making any decisions. Please let me know how you'd prefer to do that (WhatsApp, Telegram, Zoom, etc).
