My name is Roman Overko. I'm looking for a long-term 1 bedroom apartment to live in Berlin while working remotely at a local company.

Please let me introduce myself. I am a Ukrainian who was living in Dublin, Ireland for the four last years when I was doing my Ph.D. in machine learning and distributed ledger technologies at University College Dublin. From September 2019, I was also working part-time as a research intern at the IOTA Foundation. Since July 2022, I have been working for IOTA as a full-time research scientist, which is the reason I moved to Berlin.

I am looking for a long-term 1 bedroom apartment. I would like to have an apartment that is furnished, with a kitchen, and allows pets. I need an apartment at which address I can register. It would also be ideal to have a garden or terrace, but this is optional. Kreuzberg, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Schöneberg, or Tiergarten would be ideal districts in Belrin for me.

I am a young (the late 20s) friendly and pleasant man who enjoys programming, science, and photography. I am fun and respectful, clean and responsible, calm and peaceful. I enjoy traveling, cycling, hiking, and a bit of yoga. I do not smoke. I am a pescetarian and I like a healthy lifestyle. I am fluent in Ukrainian, English, and Russian and I started learning German.

I can provide the details of my contract with IOTA which would confirm my source of income and employment with IOTA; ID card and bank statements.
