My name is Ramez Aziz, I am a student living abroad coming to Berlin for a semester there, and I was looking for available places. I took interest in your ad for this place and I would like to ask more. I need the place to be available from the start of October until the end of February. I would ask like to ask what all the amenities are, and if you would kindly itemise all the monthly expenses and what each expense is for, and what’s included in it. What are the house rules as I like to be very punctual and understand all there is to know. Thank you very much, if there is more information that I haven’t asked about please Inform me of it.
