Looking for furnished 1-room-studio around 800 euro.

I am looking for a furnished 1-room-studio for my friend, who is a pianist move to Berlin for university. Her budget will be around 800€ (Warm), the Size and location of flat are not specifically required, but Pankow, Blankenburg, Karow and Buch, so the area along the S2 line is preferred.

She is moving from outside of Germany, therefore a Schufa (jetzt beantragen) certificate could not be provide. in addition, other supporting documents to prove her pay ability such as notarized statement shows her parents funding her study, deposit bank statement, certificate of limited account for foreign student, etc. can be provide.

Her practice will be done at the school, there is no necessity to worry about the disturbance causing by piano.
