This beautiful apartment is situated on the 1st floor in the quiet rear building of an old building in the middle of trendy Friedrichshain. The street is lined with bars, cafes and restaurants. Several shops are within walking distance, as well as the connection to public transport. The Ostkreuz railway station can be reached by walk in 5 minutes and the Neue Bahnhofstrasse tram stop is right around the corner. The building is located in a beautiful backyard, which also has a small garden for communal use.
The apartment consists of a room with a beautiful wooden floor, an open, well-equipped kitchen (induction cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher), as well as a small hallway and a bathroom.
The apartment will be rented unfurnished.
