Freundliche Ukrainerin sucht ruhige Unterkunft

Ich bin Olha Yermakova, 50 Jahre alt und komme aus der Ukraine. Ich bin im Juli in Deutschland angekommen und habe eine befristete Aufenthaltserlaubnis für mindestens zwei Jahre. Ich suche eine kleine Wohnung, um mich zu entspannen und zu erholen. Ich habe bescheidene Bedürfnisse, ich rauche nicht, habe keine Haustiere und halte mein Haus gerne sauber und ordentlich.

Zurzeit belege ich einen Deutschkurs und versuche, mich in die deutsche Sozialstruktur zu integrieren. Für die Zukunft plane ich, einen Job im Bereich HR oder im Dienstleistungsbereich zu finden. In der Zwischenzeit ist meine finanzielle Situation durch das Jobcenter sichergestellt. Mein max. Budget beträgt 680€ warm (exklusive Heizungskosten).

Ich bin sehr daran interessiert, eine Wohnung langfristig anzumieten und würde gerne mit möglichen Vermietern in Kontakt kommen. Ich bin sehr flexibel bezüglich möglicher Besichtigungstermine. Da mein deutsch noch nicht flüssig genug ist, würde ich gerne auf Englisch kommunizieren. Falls Ihnen dass nicht möglich ist, kann ich eine Übersetzung organisieren.

I am Olha Yermakova, 50 years old and I come from Ukraine. I arrived in Germany in July and have a temporary residence permit for at least two years. I am looking for a small apartment to relax and rest. I have modest needs, I don't smoke, I don't have pets and I like to keep my house clean and tidy.

I am currently taking a German course and trying to integrate into the German social structure. In the future, I plan to find a job in HR or in the service sector. In the meantime, my financial situation is secured by the Jobcenter.

I am very interested in renting an apartment on a long-term contract and would be happy to get in touch with possible landlords. I am also open to shared living places!

I am very flexible about possible viewing dates. Since my German is not yet fluent enough, I would like to communicate in English. If that is not possible for you, I can organize a translation.
