Looking for Small Apartment or Shared Living Situation

Hello. My name is Emael. I am originally from California. Born in Los Angeles and last lived in Silicon Valley before moving to Europe. I spent the last five years teaching art, English and project management to computer programmers in Spain.

I am an older male student returning to school because I want a career change. I am peaceful at home and enjoy being active in city life. I love art and have dedicated some of my life to organizing art exhibitions. I will be studying International Media at Hochschule Darmstadt if I am able to find a place to live.

A small apartment to myself would be ideal, but am also open to sharing an apartment with at most two or three other people. I am allergic to cats and cigarette smoke, although it's fine if you smoke outside. I enjoy cooking, reading, doing yoga and going out dancing whenever possible. I am respectful, clean and organized at home, so would expect the same from future roommates.

I would need to register with the city in order to complete my studies. Ideally, the apartment/room is furnished. If you are open-minded and good-natured, we are bound to get along.
