Suche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Dortmund ab 01.11.2022

Hello!
My name is Kemal, a student, 26 years old, from Indonesia.

I will soon start my Master’s Degree at FH Dortmund (starting on this Winter Semester), and I am looking for a flat room in Dortmund/Bochum/Witten area, starting 01.11.2022.

I am a non-smoker, don’t have any pets (but I am pet-friendly), and generally a neat and organized person. I like spending my spare time to do sports, read, or hanging out with friends.

Although the environment in Germany will be new to me, I already learned about living in a flat in Germany from my 2 brothers who has been living in Germany for a long time (> 10 years). Therefore, I think it should be no problem for me to settle with some basic rules (e.g. regular flat cleaning schedule, quiet time, waste separation, etc.). Of course I will also be happy to learn and comply about those rules from the Flat-owner.
