Amazing opportunity to live next to the Main and a conveniently-located 1.5 apartment

I am looking for a person to take over my apartment which is so conveniently located directly next to the Main river. The apartment is also next to various grocery stores including three REWE supermarkets, Al-natura, two DM Markets, Tegut, Aldi, and various other ones!

Taking the STR18 from Frankensteiner Platz takes you directly to Konstablerwache, but it is always nice to walk across the river. Other transport options include good bus routes as well as trains from Lokalbahnhof and Südbahnhof.

My favorite part about the area is:
- How close it is to the main for a quick run
- A wine bar is just a few steps away, which is closed at the moment but was fun during less stringent lockdown times
- A nail salon is just right below
- Frankfurt's best ramen shop, Muku is just across the street
- Plenty of food options from Döner shops to more high-end restaurants

Anyone who can take over my large wardrobe, mattress, and bed frame for 337€ is preferred. I am also trying to sell my other furniture on other platforms, and we can discuss on the other items assuming that they are still available.
